"Always On Time"
I’ll give credit where it’s due: the pickup was on time every single time. I’m usually a bit skeptical with companies like this, especially because customer service can be hit or miss and I don’t really trust them to fix things if something goes wrong. But in this case, I never had to deal with that because the pickups happened exactly when they were supposed to.

"Pretty smooth rides so far"
I’ve used uride a few times now, the routes have been efficient. My driver didn’t take any weird long way around like I’ve had happen with some other apps. I got across town quicker than I expected, even with traffic, so I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using uride mostly for trips around town, and overall it’s been reliable for me. Most of the time I can find a ride without waiting too long, even when I’m a little outside the main area. It’s not flawless, especially late at night when drivers can be harder to come by, but that hasn’t been a big deal for me. For where I live, it’s been a solid option.

"Promo Code Actually Helped"
I used a promo code at checkout and it actually knocked a bit off the total, which was nice. I wasn’t expecting much, but it did save me some cash. The price felt fair in the end — I mean, maybe it could always be cheaper, but really, I’m happy with what I paid...

Booked my ride in just a few minutes, and it felt smoother than a lot of other travel sites I’ve used. The site was easy to follow, no confusing extra steps or weird hoops to jump through, and the confirmation came through right away. Solid experience overall.

The ride itself was fine, no real complaints there. I only reached out because my receipt didn’t match the total at first, and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being charged wrong. Support ended up fixing it, so it all worked out.

The ride was mostly fine, and the driver was nice. The car was clean enough and had seatbelts, so that was good. I got where I needed to go without any issues... I just felt like he took some turns a bit too fast. Not terrible or anything, I just would’ve felt more comfortable if the driving had been a little calmer.

"Easy enough to get started"
I made my account on uride and, at least from my experience, it was straightforward. The login worked on the first try, so I didn’t have to deal with resetting passwords or anything annoying like that. I only tried it on my phone, but the pages loaded fine for me. I can’t really say how it works in every situation, but for what I needed, it did the job without wasting my time.

"Payment went through, but it was a little confusing"
My card was charged without any issue, so that part was fine. The only thing is the receipt didn’t show up until later, which threw me off a bit. Not a huge deal, just kind of confusing in the moment.

"Pretty decent for everyday rides"
The rides have been cheaper than I thought they’d be, so that already makes it feel worth it to me. It’s not perfect every time, but for daily trips it’s good enough, and if I’m spending less then I kind of feel like I can’t complain too much

"Pretty Comfy Ride Overall"
The ride was comfy and the car was Clean enough for me. The driver was chill and didn’t rush at all, which I really appreciated. Seats were nice for the trip too. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the pickup took a Bit longer than I expected.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve used Uride a handful of times now, and my quick rule of thumb is: if the driver is friendly, the car’s decent, and I get where I’m going without a hassle, I’m happy. So far, that’s been the case. The rides have been smooth, and I haven’t run into any major problems. I’m giving it 4 stars because the wait time has changed after booking a couple times, which is annoying when you’ve already planned around it. Still, based on my experience, I’d use it again.

"The ride itself was okay, but…"
The ride itself was okay, but the driver’s communication was bad. I messaged to confirm the pickup spot and didn’t hear back for like 15 minutes. When he finally called, it felt rushed and kind of confusing. I still made it to my destination, but the whole thing ended up being more stressful than it needed to be.

"Clean Ride, Would Book Again"
I used uride last weekend and had a good experience. The inside of the car was clean, the seats looked like they’d been wiped down, and there wasn’t any trash or weird smell, which is something I always notice right away. Reading between the lines, it felt like the driver actually keeps up with the car and doesn’t just do the bare minimum. The only small thing was that the floor mats had a little dirt on them, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, it was a comfortable ride and I’d use uride again.

"Good rides, but surge pricing is rough"
I use Uride here and there, and most of my rides have been fine. The drivers are usually decent and the app is easy enought to figure out. My main issue is the surge pricing. I get that prices go up when it’s busy, but sometimes the jump feels way too high for a short ride. Like, a trip can be a normal price one minute and then 10 mins later it suddenly feels kinda unfair. It’s not the worst app and I’ll still use it when I need to, but I really wish they explained the surge better or capped it a bit more. 3 stars from me.
